An exciting full time, permanent ongoing opportunity has arisen for an Accounts expert to work with a global, market leading organisation based on the Northern Beaches.
**The Role**
You will be responsible for maintaining certain Accounts and Admin procedures and processes. The role will include, but not be limited to:
- Database management
- Admin & Filing.
- Releasing orders on hold
- Daily processing of journals
- Follow up and reconcile any un-applied amounts
- Processing Refunds to Customers as requested
- Process and reconcile customer payments against customer ledger entries
- Reconcile customer statements when requested and when issues are identified
- Other ad-hoc duties as required
**Your Skills & Experience**
- At least 1 + year experience in a similar role
- Intermediate Microsoft suite skills
- Results and customer focused
- Commitment to excellent customer service
