Add expected salary to your profile for insights.About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Quality and Compliance Manager to join a leading Registered Training Organisation (RTO) in Victoria. You will be responsible for implementing, coordinating, and assessing compliance, auditing, and risk management strategies to ensure that the RTO meets all regulatory and legislative requirements.This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in the education sector, working with a passionate team dedicated to delivering innovative and engaging learning experiences.Key Responsibilities:Implement and oversee compliance, auditing, and risk management strategies.Maintain the RTO’s scope of registration and ensure alignment with current training and reporting requirements.Lead internal audits and ensure compliance with ASQA requirements and quality frameworks.Develop and maintain compliance reports and provide advice on operational standards and legislative obligations.Coordinate and respond to external audits, including planning and implementing rectification activities.Maintain current knowledge of RTO standards and relevant legislation.Support continuous improvement of training and assessment practices, policies, and procedures.Oversee training governance and ensure quality in student support services.Develop and implement strategies for quality management and risk mitigation.Lead and mentor staff to maintain high standards of compliance and quality assurance.Qualifications:Certificate IV TAE40110 in Training and Assessment (or equivalent).Extensive experience in VET compliance and auditing within an RTO environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proven ability to develop and maintain compliance systems and manage audits.Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills.High-level organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.Current knowledge of RTO Standards 2015 and upcoming changes in 2025.Experience using VETtrak and/or PowerPro SMS (highly desirable).Diploma in Quality Auditing or Diploma in Vocational Education & Training (preferred).Why Join Us?Be part of an innovative and forward-thinking education provider.Lead a team dedicated to improving student outcomes and ensuring compliance excellence.Competitive salary package and ongoing professional development opportunities.How to Apply:To apply for this exciting opportunity, please submit your resume.
