Job Opportunity: Bookkeeper/Accounts Assistant
About the Role
This part-time position requires an individual to work closely with the finance team to provide high-quality accounts support. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as a strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process transactions into MYOB, including reconciliations and account analysis
* Support accounts payable and end-of-month invoicing processes
* Assist with trust account processes and other administrative duties
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
* Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping
* Proficiency in MYOB and other accounting software
