**The role on offer**:
***SCA is looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated **Engineering Manager **to join the WA team. This role will manage the day-to-day audio operations team for the Northern WA markets including Perth. Through this it will ensure that all content delivery platforms are always of the highest technical quality to maintain competitive market advantage.
**The skills and experience you will need**:
- Detailed understanding of Audio systems used within a content creation environment.
- Previous management experience (highly desirable)
- Hold tertiary qualifications in IT, electronics/electrical engineering, or equivalent on the job experience
- Demonstrated experience using a service management framework.
- Have excellent organisational and time management skills, plus the ability to handle multiple tasks/deadlines at the same time
- Have fantastic communication and interpersonal skills
