What does a Pharmacy Assistant do?
As a Pharmacy Assistant, you are the first point of contact for our customers. You'll play a vital role in delivering a welcoming experience and helping people with their health and wellness needs. Duties include:
Assisting customers with product advice and purchases
Processing sales and handling transactions
Maintaining store presentation, merchandising, and stock levels
Supporting dispensary staff when required
Working collaboratively with the team to provide outstanding service
What we're looking for?
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated team members who can demonstrate:
Excellent customer service skills and a genuine desire to help people
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
Reliability and attention to detail in all aspects of the role
A willingness to learn about pharmacy products and health solutions
Previous retail or pharmacy experience is highly regarded but not essential – training will be provided
Stable full-time and part-time roles available – no late nights or Sunday trading
