Site Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced Site Operations Manager to join our Construction Team in Victoria.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing site operations, ensuring high standards of occupational health and safety compliance, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
* Ensuring project programs and budgets are adhered to
* Effectively managing workforce resourcing and productivity
* Liaising closely with clients to ensure projects run to program
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Certificate III or Certificate IV or Diploma in Carpentry
* An understanding of best practice construction and safety methodologies
* Experience across a range of project types and industries
* Demonstrated skills in leading by example and effective communication
