* Technical Leadership & Application SupportSolution Architecture: Provide end-to-end technical design and oversight for the delivery of high-priority backlog items.Advanced Troubleshooting: Serve as the final escalation point for complex incidents and non-standard IT requests logged in ServiceNow.Performance Tuning: Optimize system performance across the web, application, and database tiers to handle anticipated demand surges in 2026.
