Make an Impact at Serco
As a Medical Receptionist, you'll play an important role in supporting the delivery of quality healthcare services to Australian Defence Force personnel. You'll help keep the health centre running smoothly day‐to‐day by maintaining accurate health records, supporting clinicians, and ensuring administrative processes are followed in line with Defence policies and procedures. In this role, you'll make sure both patients and clinical teams have a positive experience.
This Is a Part-time Permanant Role Working
* Thursday: 8-hour shift
* Friday: 5.5‐hour shift

You'll likely be successful in this role if you have:
* At least 1 year of full-time (or part‐time equivalent) administrative experience within the past 5 years.
* Strong communication and organisational skills, with great attention to detail.
* Confidence using IT systems, with accurate data entry skills.
* Eligibility to obtain an Australian Baseline Security Clearance.
About ADF Health Services
In partnership with Bupa, our ADF Health Services team provides integrated healthcare services to Australian Defence Force (ADF) personnel across Australia.
This includes providing defence‐ready clinical and support staff across 45+ on‐base locations, ensuring that ADF personnel have access to quality on‐site medical care.
Amberley Health Centre, located at RAAF Base Amberley — the largest Air Force base in Australia, just 50 minutes from Brisbane. The centre delivers healthcare services to over 6,500 RAAF members and includes primary medical, dental, nursing, physiotherapy, and mental health care.
The standard operating hours are 07:30 – 15:30 Monday – Friday.
