Requirements and Duties: Assist with the daily operations of the client experience team to provide excellent service to all customers. Communicate with customers professionally by phone, email, and face to face. Maintain and use the customer database to support customer relationship activities. Manage and complete order entries, quotations, picking, payment processing, invoicing, and dispatch tasks. Complete telephone sales and email sales as required. Ensure completion of order form. Check the quality of items before they are dispatched to customers. Complete sales and maintenance duties to meet customer's needs. Provide general jewellery advice to customers and direct enquiries to the appropriate department when needed. Monitor stock levels, notify the stock controller when stock is low, and assist with monthly stock takes. Stay updated on jewellery production timelines and dispatch procedures. Maintain cleanliness in the front office, administration, and pick/pack areas. Complete general office duties such as mail handling, scanning, typing, copying, and document distribution. Treat colleagues and customers in a manner which demonstrates integrity, honesty, fairness and a can do attitude. You will have: Ability to work within a fast-paced work environment Enthusiasm and be a motivated individual Follow project tasks and day to day duties through to completion Strong administration skills with excellent organisation, attention to detail, and a thorough, systems-focused approach. Qualifications Required Minimum 2 years' experience retail / sales environment Previous jewellery experience or knowledge of the metal industry is highly desirable.
