The Recruitment Specialist will actively contribute to the development of a strategic recruitment function for the Swan Christian Education Association (SCEA) and its seven independent Christian schools in Western Australia, subsequently taking responsibility for its implementation and continuous improvement.
The Recruitment Specialist has the authority to act within the scope of this role to achieve the outlined objectives. This includes decisions related to recruitment strategies, recruitment-related marketing and promotional campaigns, and strategic partnerships with like-minded organisations as approved by the Chief Human Resources Officer.
