About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing new business opportunities that suit our specific business model.
You will be required to source and develop new business opportunities for Border Express based around documented KPI's of monthly new business trade.
Success in this position will be measured when sales targets (KPIs) are met, customer service satisfaction targets are met, and a safe workplace is actively demonstrated.Reporting directly to the VIC Sales Manager, your proven expertise in solution selling will be pivotal to your success.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly revenue and profitability targets.
- Strategically prospect, qualify, and acquire new business in alignment with target market profiles.
- Onboard new clients and ensure seamless transition to the Account Management team.
- Effectively manage time and priorities across all key sales tasks.
- Meet activity and sales KPI targets.Maintain accurate records within CRM and pipeline management tools.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Skills and Experience
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience.Proven ability to sell strategic solutions and consistently achieve sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the full sales process from lead generation to closing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Highly self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Current motor vehicle licence required.
