**The Role**
- Prepare agendas and minutes for meetings
- Host/chair Annual General, Executive Committee, and any other meetings as required
- Manage your own portfolio
- Arrange quotations and repairs with contractors
- Prepare budgets for presentations to AGMs
- Coordinate maintenance tasks
- Prompt follow up & resolution of inquiries & complaints
**Requirements**:
- Experience in Strata Management Role within Australia
- Certificate of Registration or Strata Manager License
- Drive to succeed
- Excellent time management skills
- Great communicator
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Efficient team worker
