* Provide first and second level technical support for software applications and hardware platforms.
* Deploy desktops, laptops, and mobile devices across the organization.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have a strong understanding of software applications and hardware systems.
1. The selected candidate will also participate in the deployment of new technologies and assist in the development of knowledge base articles to improve overall support efficiency.
