About the Role
We're seeking a Senior Architect to join our Living team in Brisbane, who will play a key role in contributing to the delivery of large-scale multi-residential projects. In this role, you'll undertake detailed architectural and technical work with minimal supervision, leading or assisting in project delivery while ensuring positive design, client, team, and financial outcomes.
About You
We are excited to welcome someone with the following qualifications:
You will have:
* 5+ years post graduate experience, preferably registered.
* Advanced knowledge of design principles, building materials, construction methods, codes, standards, and regulations.
* Strong proficiency in Revit, Adobe Suite, 3D software, Microsoft Suite, AMS and New Forma.
* Advanced design and documentation skills across all project stages.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey design intent.
* Proven ability to manage time, priorities, and delegated tasks with minimal supervision.
* Experience working collaboratively in a team environment, with the ability to guide and support junior staff.
* A commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth, staying current with industry standards and trends.
