We are seeking experienced Welders to join our Production Team in Henderson, WA.
Job Description
This is a permanent position working on a major naval defence program. As a Welder, you will be responsible for undertaking tasks and duties as directed by production supervision and/or manager within the bounds of your current competence. You will attend and complete relevant on-the-job training as required, properly maintain materials, tools, and equipment, strive to continuously improve teamwork, processes, and effectiveness in the work area, and adhere to our company policies and management practices.
Key Responsibilities

* Attend and complete relevant on-the-job training as required
* Properly maintain materials, tools, and equipment
* Strive to continuously improve teamwork, processes, and effectiveness in the work area

About You
* Trade qualifications
* Experience with aluminium MIG and flux core welding
* Ability to understand weld procedures
* Strong safety focus and enhancing the site safety environment
* Strong timekeeping abilities
* Excellent communication skills
Clearances
A defence security clearance is required for this role. Applicants must be Australian citizens and either possess or be eligible to obtain and maintain appropriate clearances.
