Customer Service & Product Information Staff – 3 Day Corporate Event
We’re looking for friendly, reliable customer service staff for an upcoming 3-day corporate event in Benowa, Gold Coast.
This is a straightforward guest support and product information role, perfect for candidates with experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, events, or front-of-house roles.
Pending positive customer feedback, there may be future shifts available across upcoming events, including bartending, food & beverage, guest services, and other hospitality-based roles.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Greeting and assisting guests
* Answering general questions
* Sharing basic product or service information
* Directing attendees around the event space
* Supporting the client’s guest experience team
