What's the role?
- Provide support over phone and webchat to our customers about their account and our products.
- Display care and acknowledgement of customers thoughts and concerns making them feel heard and understood
- Confidently and positively talk customers through what we can do for them
- Give the customer product options and educate to enhance the value they get from us
- Work efficiently through every interaction using Salesforce to accurately transact for the customer
- Work towards KPIs and goals focusing on our Customer Advocacy program
- The contact centre is open Mon-Fri 6.30am to 5.30pm with an earlier finish on the weekend. Your hours will be rostered within these times.
Who are you?
- A confident problem solver and communicator - both verbal and written
- You take pride in facilitating an outstanding customer experience
- Using new digital products and systems comes naturally to you
- Calm in the face of change and pressure
- Experience in a Customer Service, Sales or Retention environment preferred
