Role
As a Project Manager with this very strong and reputable Tier 2 Commercial Construction builder you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of construction projects in Sydney. This position will see you managing all aspects of complex projects, from planning and budgeting to stakeholder coordination and on‐site supervision. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Day to day duties
* Developing and executing comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
* Coordinating and collaborating with cross‐functional teams, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients, to ensure seamless project delivery
* Monitoring project progress, identifying and resolving issues, and providing regular updates to key stakeholders
* Ensuring the project complies with relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements
* Fostering a positive and productive work environment on construction sites
* Developing and implementing strategies to continuously improve project management processes and procedures
What they are looking for
* Significant experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager in the commercial construction industry, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects in excess of $50m
* Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and execute detailed project plans, manage budgets, and coordinate multiple stakeholders
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, subcontractors, and team members
* Proficient in the use of project management software and tools, such as MS Project
* Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field
* Knowledge of construction industry regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance processes

* Australian Commercial Construction experience Tier 1-3 is a must.
