About the role
The Student Communications Officer will develop and implement strategies ensuring student communication is relevant, accurate and utilises effective intervention, retention and student engagement opportunities.
You will:
* develop, maintain and implement processes ensuring relevant and accurate information is communicated;
* coordinate data collection and preparations of communications;
* review and analyse all interdepartmental communications; and
* develop and implement processes to assist with the ongoing monitoring of communication standards.
About you
Reporting to the Manager, Student Communications you will have demonstrated experience in developing communication strategies, ensuring consistent messaging and presentation of information to a range of audiences.
You will possess:
* experience in developing and implementing multi-channel communication campaigns;
* the ability to manage multiple tasks within tight timelines; and
* commitment to quality customer service
