* Lead the development and delivery of high-quality learning programs that meet performance goals and deliver customer-focused outcomes.
* Oversee end-to-end training delivery, ensuring compliance, consistency, and continuous improvement across all regions.
* Collaborate with operational leaders, support teams, and stakeholders to align training with business needs and ensure successful outcomes.
* Provide 24/7 team support for critical training needs and incident response, acting as a subject matter expert when it matters most.
* Maintain strong connections with national teams and ensure national consistency across training and capability standards through regular interstate travel.
You will be responsible for empowering, coaching, and guiding trainers and operators to reach their full potential, while driving improvement at scale.
