This role requires a driven individual to join our sales leadership team, supporting clinics across regional Victoria and New South Wales.
Key responsibilities include driving sales revenue growth within allocated clinic networks, creating customer-focused sales cultures, and engaging teams to create alignment and accountability.
Requirements include consumer sales experience, managing KPIs, using sales data and analytics, working with remote teams, building high-performance teams, coaching & developing, performance management, intermediate software applications knowledge, basic business and financial knowledge, strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication and influential skills, and an Australian Driver License.
