Job Title: Solicitor - Graduate Development Program
We are seeking highly motivated law graduates to join our two-year graduate development program for admitted solicitors. The program comprises rotations across various legal practice groups, providing opportunities to develop skills in advice writing, litigation, and transactional work.
The Solicitor role involves participating in a rotational program, gaining meaningful legal experience working in three different legal practice groups. You will develop the skills and experience required to conduct assigned legal matters, as well as assist senior solicitors in their conduct of legal matters.
Please note that some practice groups handle sensitive and potentially distressing content, requiring high levels of professionalism, emotional resilience, and discretion. We provide professional wellbeing support to assist employees in managing this content.
To be eligible, you must be admitted as a legal practitioner in NSW prior to commencement and willing to rotate into any practice group and accept assigned legal matters.
Key Requirements:
* Admission as a legal practitioner in NSW
* Completion of a law degree and practical legal training by July 2025 or January 2026
* Eligibility to hold a NSW practising certificate
