Job Description
We are seeking an experienced customer service professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in order processing and customer service, with experience working with ERP systems, particularly SAP. They will be responsible for managing orders, responding to customer inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.
This is a full-time, on-site role that requires the ability to lift up to 20kg and work independently with high attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
 * Process customer orders and quotes in SAP.
 * Manage incoming customer calls and online chat.
 * Coordinate local urgent deliveries and pick-ups via courier.
 * Support with outbound dispatch of small stock volumes.
 * Manage emergency warehouse inventory.
 * Support onsite Academy training sessions.
 * Liaise with sales reps, service technicians and sales teams.
 * Use SAP, Salesforce and Excel for day-to-day operations.

Requirements
 * Previous experience in order processing and customer service.
 * ERP system experience, especially SAP.
 * Ability to lift up to 20kg.
 * High attention to detail and ability to work across multiple systems.
 * Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
 * Self-starter with the maturity to work independently on-site.
