We're seeking a proactive Home Sales Specialist to guide customers through the home-buying journey.
* Manage new home enquiries and build relationships with developers and real estate agents.
* Guide customers through the pre-construction process, presenting home designs and customisation options.
* Prepare detailed quotations for customers.
This is a full-time position based in Echuca, requiring occasional travel to Shepparton. Regular weekend availability is necessary for this role.

What You'll Be Doing

* Build Relationships: Develop strong relationships with developers and real estate agents to stay up-to-date on new home developments and listings.
* Guide Customers: Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, presenting them with suitable home designs and customisation options.
* Prepare Quotations: Create detailed quotations for customers, outlining the costs associated with purchasing a new home.
