About the Role As a Retail Assistant, you’ll be the friendly face that helps keep our store running smoothly. From assisting customers to maintaining stock and supporting promotional activities, you’ll play a vital part in creating a positive shopping experience while supporting our mission to help those in need.
How you will make an impact Deliver warm, helpful customer service on the shop floor, at the register, and in the fitting room Assist in setting up and running in-store promotions and marketing activities Process incoming donations and ensure shelves are well-stocked with correctly priced items Help open and close the store by following set procedures Work effectively as part of a supportive and collaborative team What you will bring Experience in a customer service or retail environment Friendly and professional communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-focused setting
