Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating, coordinating and managing Pathways to Community Living Initiative (PCLI) Stage 2 services for our organisation. They will provide expert consultancy and clinical service delivery for individuals with complex needs, ensuring efficient and effective clinical processes that support recovery-oriented care.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Degree in Occupational Therapy or Social Work and full registration with relevant authorities;
* Substantial postgraduate clinical experience and demonstrated high level of knowledge, skills and clinical expertise in mental health and psychosocial disability;
* Leadership experience including change management, policy development and professional leadership roles;
* Organisational skills and ability to work independently with a broad scope and manage competing priorities;
* Able to foster collaborative interagency relationships and leverage these to achieve outcomes for consumers.
