Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Office Administration: Coordinate and manage daily office operations; oversee client parking arrangements, meeting venue preparation, and office supplies; handle incoming calls, courier arrangements, and office equipment management; liaise with and manage the office cleaner.
- Family Office Services: Assist ultra-high-net-worth clients with ad hoc requests (e.g., visa/passport applications, insurance, medical aid, filing systems); attend client locations for document signing.
- Executive Support: Provide diary management for directors and senior management; arrange travel itineraries, including flights and accommodation; schedule monthly client meetings; handle ad hoc personal requests (e.g., car servicing, restaurant bookings).
- Client Administration: Prepare and prepopulate account-opening documentation.
Requirements
- English as a first language with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in a qualified environment.
- Strong MS Office and Excel skills.
- Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle.
- Clear credit and criminal record.
- Previous experience as a PA or administrator for senior management preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure with a proactive, positive attitude.
