Job Overview:
- Manage key strategic relationships with major customers in the FMCG food and beverage sector for retention and growth.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with all levels of your customer base to ensure mutual success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead senior negotiations with customer base
* Develop and drive strategic partnerships with major customers
* Prepare and present large account management plans for senior review
* Conduct periodical customer reviews to assess performance
* Provide input to sales and operations processes, supporting efficient cost management
* Drive new business growth within existing customer portfolios and related supply chains
Requirements:
* Completed Bachelor's degree preferred
* FMCG Key Account Management experience desirable
* Impressive relationship management, influencing, negotiation, and leadership skills
* Solid level of commercial acumen and financial understanding
* Ability to work effectively both autonomously and as part of a team
* Understanding of supply chain mechanics
