Recruitment Specialist - 12 Month Fixed Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition Team on a 12 month fixed term basis. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a key role in attracting and recruiting top talent for our organisation.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years recruitment experience, preferably within the Health or Aged Care sector. They will possess strong database skills, be highly motivated and thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
The successful applicant will be responsible for managing their portfolio from end-to-end, connecting with top talent through various methods, working with stakeholders to understand their needs and monitoring productivity to maximise activities.
In this role, you will also be required to cover current TA's portfolios when they are on leave, ensuring seamless service delivery to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage your portfolio from end-to-end across all facets of recruitment
* Connect with top talent through networks, headhunting, and direct search methodologies
* Work with key stakeholders in the business to understand their needs
* Monitor daily productivity and maximise activities
* Cover current TA's portfolios when on leave
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 2 years recruitment experience ideally within Health or Aged Care
* Degree level qualification
* Strong database / computer skills
* Highly motivated and someone who thrives in a fast-paced team environment
* Committed and confident in building partnerships with customers
* Adaptable and agile, with the ability to prioritise
* Hard working and can-do attitude
* Great people / communication skills (written & verbal) with confident phone manner
* Ability to travel to Head Office
