The Opportunity
The purpose of this role is to provide targeted support to young people placed in out of home care. The position aims to assist young people (15yrs+) in developing the skills and knowledge they require to live independently in their transition to adulthood. This is achieved by connecting them with essential services, resources, and opportunities. The role also focuses on supporting in areas such as housing, education, employment, and health, while also helping them build meaningful relationships and strengthen their social networks.

Ensure communication is factual, accurate and presented in a clear and concise manner.
Must haves
* Cert IV in Child, Youth, and Family Intervention or Willing to Obtain
* Current Blue Card Holder or Willingness to apply for Blue Card
* Current Driver's Licence
* Cultural Competency would be highly desirable
