HR Business Partner Role
We are seeking an HR Business Partner to support alignment of HR strategies with overall business goals and objectives of allocated divisions.
This role involves understanding specific HR needs and challenges of allocated divisions and developing appropriate solutions.
The successful candidate will have a degree qualification in HR or Business or equivalent experience, 1-2 years of experience working in HR Generalist/HR Business Partnering roles in a corporate environment, and strong Excel skills and Workday experience (highly desirable).

Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting alignment of HR strategies with overall business goals and objectives of allocated divisions;
* Understanding specific HR needs and challenges of allocated divisions and developing appropriate solutions;
* Working closely with management teams to identify and address HR-related issues;
* Providing guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.

Requirements
Required skills and qualifications:
* Relevant degree qualification in HR or Business;
* Equivalent experience working in HR Generalist/HR Business Partnering roles in a corporate environment;
* Strong Excel skills and Workday experience (highly desirable).
