FinXL is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading banking client on a key transformation engagement.
FinXL is also able to take over existing visas and provide sponsorship for consultants.
Responsibilities
Design and build future-proof systems for a new digital transformation platform.
Work on a greenfields project, contributing to the full development lifecycle.
Mentor and share knowledge with the team to foster a collaborative environment.
Utilise automated testing and best practices to ensure high-quality delivery.
Contribute to architectural and solution design discussions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions.
Drive the adoption of modern technologies and tools.
Key Skills & Experience
L5 level seniority with experience in building new platforms.
Strong AWS cloud specialisation.
Well-rounded full-stack experience, with a focus on core Java.
Proficiency with Spring Boot, microservices, and micro front-end architecture.
Experience with container and cloud computing.
Knowledge of databases like PostgreSQL.
Familiarity with SDLC tools like Jira and observability tools like Grafana.
