Key Skills for a Successful Cake Finisher

We are seeking an experienced Cake Finisher to join our talented team. As a key member of the cake production process, you will be responsible for adding the final decorative touches that turn a cake into a work of art.


Job Description:

* Ice and decorate cakes using buttercream, fondant, and other finishes
* Collaborate with bakers and decorators to meet production needs
* Work with chocolate décor, ganache, and chocolate-covered elements (experience preferred)

* Reliable transport for early morning shifts is essential
* Experience in a commercial kitchen is required

A strong attention to detail and artistic skills are crucial for this role. The ability to work efficiently, meet deadlines, and maintain food safety knowledge or certification is highly desirable.
