Business Development Representative
About the Role:
We are seeking a self-motivated and people-oriented professional to oversee current accounts, primarily in the horticulture sector, and support further growth and diversification into new industries and sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and strengthen client relationships to ensure business objectives are understood and met;
* Place suitable applicants into employment opportunities;
* Sources accommodation solutions for workers;
* Sources new host employers and utilizes networking and communication skills to increase the client base;
* Conducts induction of workers to Australia and the local work environment in partnership with the client;
* Provides ongoing support and assistance to Seasonal Worker Program participants;
* Provides leadership to a worker liaison officer who assists in addressing worker welfare and needs;
* Assists visiting workers with integration into the local community and understanding of local laws and way of life;
* Identifies and manages risks associated with labour hire relationships with clients.
Requirements:
* A resilient individual who can develop strong, client-focused relationships;
* Ability to quickly build rapport with key stakeholders;
* Problem-solving skills with a focus on client-centered solutions;
* Desire to achieve results;
* Experience in the labour hire industry is highly regarded;
* Demonstrated relationship management skills.
