Early Childhood Educator – Level 3 – Wangaratta, VIC | Multiple Opportunities | Full Time, Part Time and Casual Roles Available
Salary information: Full Time (38 hours per week): $70,017 per annum + super | Part Time: $35.43 per hour + super | Casual: $44.29 per hour (includes casual loading) + super
Responsibilities
* Lead with heart as a Level 3 Educator, shaping high quality learning experiences for children aged 0 to 6.
* Design and implement engaging, play-based learning programs.
* Build strong relationships with children and families.
* Mentor and guide team members within the room and contribute to planning cycles that support development and wellbeing.
* Contribute to achieving the highest National Quality Standard.
What You'll Bring
* Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care (or equivalent).
* Experience in planning and delivering quality educational programs.
* Ability to take initiative and lead within the room.
* Excellent relationship-building skills with families, children & colleagues.
* First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management certifications.
* Current Working with Children Check and willingness to obtain a Police Check.
