About The Role
This is a unique opportunity to lead our People & Culture function during a period of parental leave. If you are looking to grow your career from P&C advisory to business partnering and management, this role is ideal for you.
We operate in a fast-paced dynamic environment and require a self-driven and energetic professional to support our global business across the employee lifecycle.
Responsibilities
* Support employees and leaders to undertake annual performance review processes in a Values-aligned, bias-free and equitable manner.
* Develop, calibrate, review, approve, communicate and process annual performance review structures, processes and outcomes across the global business.
* Generate, review, approve and process payroll across the Australian and Canadian businesses.
Requirements
* Tertiary qualifications in human resource management, organisational psychology, law or commerce desirable but not required.
* At least 3-5 years' experience in a mid-level People & Culture role (Advisor, junior Business Partner, Generalist).
* P&C projects experience e.g. compliance audits, performance management frameworks, remuneration & incentive design.

* A hands-on, practical mindset and willingness to roll up your sleeves and take ownership of your work.
* Ability to work seamlessly across multiple HR systems and platforms.
