A 10-month dedicated program comprising:
1. Two 3-Day Education Intensives held in Brisbane (February & July) to connect with graduates nationwide, build your skills, and leave feeling empowered.
2. Dedicated local mentors and a National Graduate Coordinator guiding you every step of the way.
3. Weekly education sessions tailored to your clinical area and experience level.
4. Access to intercompany professional development across multiple disciplines.
5. Graduate-only sessions at our National Conference in Adelaide.
6. Support from our in-house Education team — evidence-based practice is in our DNA.
Who You Are
We welcome applications from both:
Graduate Physiotherapists
A recent or upcoming physiotherapy graduate (Bachelor or Master).
Motivated to strengthen your clinical reasoning and grow your confidence.
Experienced Physiotherapists
Experienced clinicians looking for a supportive, well-resourced clinic where they can advance their career, mentor others, or broaden clinical expertise.
Confident managing a varied caseload and contributing to a high-performing team.

Eligible for AHPRA registration.
Personable, engaging, and confident communicating with diverse patient groups.

Interest in Pilates or further clinical skill development is welcomed but not essential.
