We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused administrator to support their sales and service operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working collaboratively, and takes pride in delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process sales and purchase orders, invoices, and delivery updates
* Handle inbound customer enquiries and make outbound service calls as needed
* Coordinate transport and scheduling for outgoing orders
* Monitor overdue orders and update due dates
* Prepare estimates and quotes in line with pricing policies
* Liaise with warehouse and internal teams to manage stock and order accuracy
* Support sales team with quotations and general enquiries
* Provide general administration support across the business and suggest process improvements
What You'll Bring:
* Experience in administration and/or internal customer service roles
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask
* A customer-focused mindset and excellent interpersonal skills
* Confident communication and solid time management capabilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) – intermediate level required
* High level of accuracy in data entry and administrative work
* Familiarity with ERP systems (ProfitPlus an advantage, however, not essential as training will be provided in systems)
