The Role In this role, you'll be at the heart of the customer experience - the person clients rely on from their first enquiry right through to receiving their finished packaging. You'll spend your days speaking with a mix of customers, from early-stage startups placing their first order to well-established brands planning new campaigns. One day might involve helping a new business navigate packaging options, while the next could see you coordinating timelines with suppliers to meet a tight deadline. As you build your knowledge of the products, processes, and supplier network, you'll naturally start to take ownership of accounts and develop longer-term relationships with key clients. You'll be working closely with a small, collaborative internal team across operations, production, and logistics - so communication and teamwork are key. What You'll Be Doing You'll be the go-to person for customer enquiries, guiding clients through the quoting and ordering process while making things feel simple and seamless. Along the way, you'll: * Build strong relationships with both new and returning customers * Help turn enquiries into confirmed projects * Prepare quotes and explain product options in a clear, practical way * Keep projects moving by coordinating with internal teams and suppliers * Track orders and ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish * Stay on top of leads, quotes, and opportunities in the pipeline * Keep systems and records organised and up to date What They're Looking For You don't need to come from a packaging background - that can all be taught. What matters most is how you work. They're looking for someone who is naturally organised, communicates well, and takes initiative. Someone who follows things through, builds trust with customers, and doesn't wait to be told what to do. You'll likely have experience in areas like customer support, account management, admin, onboarding, or project coordination - and be comfortable juggling multiple conversations and tasks at once. Being confident explaining processes, asking the right questions, and keeping things moving will set you up for success in this role. Bonus Points If You Have Experience in packaging, print, design, or manufacturing is helpful, but not essential. The same goes for exposure to artwork files, CRM systems, or order management tools.
