The Role
You will be responsible for the on-site delivery of a high-end residential builds in Brisbane. This is a hands-on supervision role focused on build quality, trade coordination, safety, and program control from start to finish.
Luxury residential experience is essential.
Key Responsibilities
* End-to-end site supervision of bespoke luxury homes
* Manage subcontractors and specialist trades
* Maintain exceptional quality, finishes, and presentation
* Enforce WHS and best-practice standards
* Coordinate programs, sequencing, and site logistics
* Liaise with clients, architects, and consultants
About You
* Proven experience supervising high-end residential projects
* Strong technical knowledge of luxury construction
* Sharp eye for detail and quality control
* Confident leading trades and managing expectations
* Trade background or construction qualifications preferred
