* Experience in fast-paced retail, hospitality, or customer-facing environments is essential.

* Admin tasks such as payroll, rostering, and liquor inventory management are also crucial aspects of this role.
* Sales growth and achievement of store goals are key performance indicators.
* RSO certification is highly preferred but not mandatory.
