Residential Construction Crew Member
GemLife is a leading developer of luxury residential resorts. Our architecturally designed and completed resorts feature luxury fittings.
We are currently seeking Crew Members to join our residential construction crew in Tweed Heads, working on full-time roles.
The ideal candidates will be hardworking, reliable, and enjoy working as part of a team with excellent communication skills.
The roles involve operating various equipment including excavators, bobcats/skid steers, telehandlers, and tipper trucks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate heavy machinery such as excavators, bobcats/skid steers, telehandlers, and tipper trucks
* Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of the construction site
* Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient and safe working practices
* Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities
Essential Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a similar role or industry
* Licence to operate heavy machinery
* Strong safety awareness and initiative
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
