The role
Located in the award winning Crown Towers; Crown Spa offers our guests a new level of luxury with tranquil surrounds, relaxing décor and ultimate private pampering suites.
As a Recreation Attendant you’ll be a gracious and vibrant host, creating joyful moments through genuine care and meaningful connections. Guided by Crown’s 4Cs of Service Excellence: Be Courteous, Connect, Create and Care.
* Assist in tasks and duties if required at other Crown Properties Pool & Gym.
* Greet and assist visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor, providing exceptional customer service.
* Oversee and facilitate various recreational activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
* Maintain and organise recreation equipment and facilities, ensuring they are clean and in proper working condition.
* Promote and encourage participation in recreational programs and events.
* Assist guests regarding incoming hotel queries, restaurant bookings and information enquiries regarding the hotel facilities, directions to Crown Spa and other locations within Crown.
* Serving food & beverages to pool guests
About you
You’ll bring the following:
* Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
* LSV Pool lifeguard accreditation
* First responder course - Aquatic Rescue
* First Aid level 2 preferred Experience
* Sound knowledge of pool, health and fitness industry
* An understanding of five-star customer service preferred
* Strong Understanding of Micros.
* Basic understanding of Opera system to process guest beverages
* Barista training or use of espresso machine
* Administration experience preferred
