Job DescriptionAbout the RoleOur branch located in Dandenong South is seeking a Service Advisor to join the team. The successful person will be responsible for providing administrative support to the service department and delivering excellent after-sales support to all dealership customers in a polite, friendly, and professional manner. Experience within a Service Advisor role is required.Key AccountabilitiesAssist the Service Manager or Service Supervisor with customer callsInterpret specific customer problems by obtaining detailed information to assist themProvide prompt and courteous attention to all customer needsIdentify additional services the customer requires that can be addressed simultaneously (e.g., repairs and previously reported items)Estimate costs and completion times for jobsEnsure all warranty repair orders are submitted within 14 days of completionPerform invoice processing, including opening and closing jobsCreate purchase orders, input into the system, and authorize for paymentLiaise with contractors to ensure invoices are received within 24 hoursAllocate hours worked to repair ordersAssist in warranty registration and claimsAbout YouProven ability to use Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Experience managing administration for a departmentAbility to liaise effectively with internal customers and suppliersExperience using Reynolds and Reynolds systemAbility to generate system reports on servicesAbility to follow all company policiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDesired Skills and ExperienceAttractive remuneration package based on experienceCommitment to ongoing professional developmentEmployee milestone, reward, and recognition programsAccess to private health corporate discounts with HBFEmployee assistance and wellbeing programs for employees and household membersOngoing internal and factory training
