About the position
Following two years of HR groundwork and establishment within the company, an opportunity is now available for a talented and driven HR professional to lead our HR practices through the next stage of the company's development. This is a wonderful role for someone motivated by change and growth, and who can confidently navigate the HR landscape in a blue collar, multi-site environment.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Lead HR operations, planning and growth initiatives.
* Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and retention programs.
* Provide guidance and support to managers on performance, employee relations and engagement.
* Develop and maintain HR policies, ensuring compliance with Australian legislation and industry best practice.
* Oversee performance management and employee development programs.
* Support broader company strategy and operations.
* Contribute to industrial relations and EBA processes.

About You
To best support your growth and ours, we're looking for candidates who possess:
* Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
* Proven experience in Human Resources, ideally within a unionised, multi-site environment.
* Current working knowledge of Australian employment legislation.
* Demonstrated capability in employee relations and industrial relations, including interpreting and applying enterprise agreements and awards.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to influence and coach.
* High level of resilience and drive to support the ongoing change and development of the Company.
* Ability to balance hands-on operational HR work whilst driving strategic change.
* Ability to innovate and problem-solve.
* High level of computer literacy, including experience creating efficiencies and advancing systems and technology.
This position will require a current National Police Check (no more than 6 months old), a current driver's licence, and evidence of right to work in Australia.
