The Role
The role of the Deputy Head of Campus‐Head of Operations is to work collaboratively with the Head of Campus to lead the Campus Operations Team and to inspire a sense of purpose and direction through leading the implementation of the strategic agenda of the campus in line with the Vision, Purpose and Values of the School. This role champions strategic system thinking, leading the way in streamlining operations by aligning integrated processes, enhancing cross‐campus collaboration, and maximising the impact of resource allocation. Playing a key part in stakeholder communication, event coordination, and continuous improvement, the Head of Operations strives in driving a safe, engaging, and future‐focused environment for students and staff.
This is a full‐time, 5‐year fixed‐term Position of Responsibility commencing 1 January 2027.

Key selection criteria
* Tertiary qualifications (postgraduate qualifications desirable).
* Current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration or valid WWCC.
* Experience as a teacher desirable but not essential, or experience and understanding within an educational environment preferred.
* Experience leading and fostering a collaborative, inclusive, trusting culture.
* Extensive experience in supporting a high performing workplace that leads to positive impacts and outcomes.
* Experience in leading or managing a team, including goal setting, overseeing performance and providing constructive feedback and recognition.
* High‐level planning, organisation and decision‐making skills.
* Extensive experience in building strong relationships with and managing multiple stakeholders, including staff.
* A responsive and relationship‐focused leader who fosters a positive and collaborative environment.
