You have a successful track record in billing which comes from your natural ability to maintain and grow strong long‑lasting relationships. You have a can‑do attitude, a fun and inquisitive personality that would win the hearts of minds of your colleagues, clients and candidates.
You might also be a senior leader from industry that has hired much of your own team but wanted to learn how to do it for someone else.
