Waiter
At Manjimup Gateway Hotel, we provide variety of cuisines, including international mains and children’s menu. We are currently looking for a full time experienced Waiter to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Offering a warm welcome to our customers and verifying their reservations;
- Accommodating new reservations and seamlessly integrating them into our booking system;
- Accepting orders while recommending enticing menu selections and daily specials to guests;
- Upholding the impeccable cleanliness of our bar areas, glassware, and all utilized equipment;
- Ensuring tables are promptly cleared post-service, with glasses and plates picked up, and preparations are made for ensuing service;
- Striving to achieve absolute customer satisfaction, while diligently adhering to workplace safety guidelines and hygienic practices;
- Contributing to uphold the exemplary customer service standards set by the employer;
- Executing other related and incidental duties as directed by the employer.
To be successful in this role you will need the following.
· A positive, vibrant member to join our diverse team and be a team player.
· Minimum of 1 year’ experience in a similar role
· MUST have a can do attitude.
Salary: $65,000 – 80,000 per year
Position: Full Time (at least 38 hours per week)
