About The Role
* Welcoming patients and delivering warm, genuine service
* Frame styling and tailored product recommendations
* Optical dispensing and support throughout the patient journey
* Sales, EFTPOS, and general front‐of‐house duties
* Working collaboratively with a small, supportive team
About You
* Have previous experience in optical or a similar patient‐facing role
* Communicate confidently with a diverse range of patients
* Are comfortable with sales and customer conversations
* Have strong attention to detail and reliability
* Take a proactive, team‐focused approach to your work
Vietnamese language skills would be highly valued to support our local community but are not essential.
