Key Business Development Position
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our business growth strategy, partnerships, and revenue streams across diverse markets.
This role involves identifying new business opportunities, expanding our client base, and driving commercial success.
You will be responsible for the development and execution of strategic business plans, ensuring alignment with our overall vision and long-term objectives.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of market trends, client acquisition, and business expansion strategies.
You will collaborate with senior leaders to drive key strategic initiatives and innovation projects, monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform business development planning, and manage and develop a high-performing Business Development team.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development and implementation of business growth strategies, including market expansion and new product/service offerings
* Identify, pursue, and negotiate new partnership and business opportunities
* Oversee the proposal and tender process, ensuring compelling, competitive submissions
* Collaborate with senior leaders to drive key strategic initiatives and innovation projects
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform business development planning
* Manage and develop a high-performing Business Development team
About You
* Minimum of three years of experience in a Business Development Role in Aged Care or HomeCare sector
* Experience and a broad network of contacts within the HomeCare or ResidentialAgedCare Sector
* Strong understanding of market trends, client acquisition, and business expansion strategies
* Proven senior leadership experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or commercial growth
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
* Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects from concept to execution
* Commercially astute, data-driven, and outcome-focused
